- 20+ years of overall experience in Pharmacovigilance / Drug Safety across BPS (International), CRO, or pharmaceutical/biotech organizations Medical degree preferably in Neurology - a medical qualification is strongly preferred given the scope of scientific leadership expected in this role Minimum 8-10 years in a senior leadership role, including direct people leadership and senior client-facing accountability
- Prior experience in a Global Safety Lead, Product Safety Lead, Medical Safety Physician, or comparable role strongly preferred End-to-end Pharmacovigilance expertise across Case Processing, Medical Review,
- Medical Safety Surveillance, Signal Management, and Aggregate Safety Reporting Sound, independent medical/clinical judgment for complex causality, seriousness, and label-relatedness assessments
