Roles and Responsibilities:

- Partner with customers and bank stakeholders to collect, analyze, and document business requirements for payments processing.
- Map customer requirements to product capabilities and support implementation of payments solutions in customer environments.
- Define business requirements and solution specification documents, ensuring clarity for product development and delivery teams.
- Review and verify expected functionality and enhancements with the product development team.
- Study regulatory and market standard evolution in payments and translate changes into actionable business requirements.

Skills Required:

- 8-15 years of experience in payments processing in a bank, payments product company, or IT services supporting payments




- Strong functional background in payments processing across international and domestic clearing in the interbank payments space (e.g., RTGS, NEFT, IMPS, SWIFT, SEPA, CHIPS, FEDWIRE, BACS, NACH/NACHA, FPS, CHAPS, SIC, CBPR+).
- Key experience with ISO 20022 payments standards.
- Experience across product schemes including real time payments, credit transfers, bill payments, and direct debits (credit/debit card experience can be ignored).
- Ability to work in customer-facing roles and prospect interactions; create presentations and demonstrate payments solutions.

Positive to Have:

- AI in payments use cases and thought leadership.
- Experience tracking regulatory and market standard evolution and converting it into requirements.

Education : Bachelor's Degree
