Metrika Moduler Solutions, a modular furniture manufacturer in Vasai (Mumbai), is hiring a Dispatch Executive to own the packing-to-dispatch process - formalise it, document every dispatch, and track goods from the finished-goods store to the client site.

Role & responsibilities:

- Supervise packing of finished modular units - correct labelling, protection, and a match between packed items and the dispatch/delivery order.

- Prepare and maintain all dispatch documentation: delivery challans, packing lists, gate passes, e-way bills and dispatch registers.

- Verify quantity and item codes against the sales order / production completion before release - no unit leaves without matching paperwork.

- Maintain a dispatch tracker: what shipped, when, to which client/site, via which transporter, and expected delivery date.

- Coordinate transporters and vehicles, schedule loading, confirm delivery and collect acknowledged POD copies.





- Coordinate with production, stores and sales/projects teams on dispatch readiness and priorities.

- Document returns, shortages and damages, and report discrepancies to management.

- Keep the finished-goods area organised; ensure FIFO and correct staging for loading.

- Report daily/weekly dispatch status to management.

Preferred candidate profile:

- 1-3 years in dispatch, stores or logistics - furniture/manufacturing preferred.

- Robust documentation discipline; familiar with delivery challans, e-way bills and packing lists.

- Working knowledge of MS Excel / dispatch or inventory software.

- Organised, detail-oriented, able to coordinate transporters and internal teams.

- 12th pass minimum; graduate preferred.
