Job Summary

Vipul Organics Limited is looking for an experienced Export Sales Manager to lead and expand our international business for the Pigments division. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in export sales within the Pigments, Dyes, Colorants, or Specialty Chemicals industry and should possess strong customer relationship management, business development, and team leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and expand international business for the Pigments division.
- Identify new export markets, distributors, and customers.
- Manage key international accounts and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve export sales targets and revenue growth.
- Handle commercial negotiations, pricing, contracts, and order closures.
- Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, QA, and Logistics for timely execution of export orders.
- Monitor global market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer meetings.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Export Sales team.

Candidate Profile





- Graduate in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, International Business, or related discipline.
- MBA (Marketing/International Business) preferred.
- 8 to 15 years of experience in Export Sales of Pigments, Dyes, Specialty Chemicals, Industrial Chemicals, or Colorants.
- Strong experience in international business development and key account management.
- Experience in handling distributors, OEMs, and industrial customers globally.
- Team handling and leadership experience is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Sound knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, LC, and international trade practices.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Experience in Team Handling

- Candidates residing in Western Suburbs of Mumbai only will be preferred for ease of commuting.
