Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Executive Business Intelligence to support business decision-making through data analysis, dashboard development, and MIS reporting. The ideal candidate will work closely with business teams to transform raw data into meaningful insights, automate reports, monitor KPIs, and improve operational efficiency.

This role is ideal for professionals with 24 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or MIS who possess strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with SQL and BI tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, or similar BI tools.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for various business functions.
- Collect, analyze, and validate data from multiple business systems.
- Monitor key business KPIs and highlight trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Write SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze large datasets.
- Assist in automating manual reports and improving reporting efficiency.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across reports.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, HR,



and other departments to understand reporting requirements.
- Support the BI team in creating standardized metrics and reporting templates.
- Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with IT/business teams for timely resolution.
- Generate ad-hoc reports and business insights as requested by management.
- Maintain documentation for reports, dashboards, and data definitions.
- Support business reviews by preparing presentations and performance reports.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and data visualization.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Lookups, Charts).
- Basic understanding of databases, data modeling, and reporting concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Eagerness to learn new BI technologies and analytical techniques.
- Candidates with experience in using AI-driven tools to improve productivity, reporting, or business processes will have added advantage.





Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Certification in Tableau, SQL, or Data Analytics will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 2 to 4 years of experience in Business Intelligence, MIS Reporting, Data Analytics, or Business Analysis.
- Experience in dashboard development and reporting automation.
- Exposure to ERP systems or business applications will be an advantage.
- Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, E-commerce, or Manufacturing industries is preferred but not mandatory.
