Job Description:

The incumbent would be responsible for the following:

1. Development,Implementation & Monitoring of IoT Platform - Define the solution requirementsand communicate to the development team for execution. - Perform UAT and providefeedback to the development team.



- Streamline and define the process to receivecustomer data and onboard equipment and user data to the system - Proactivelymonitor system performance and data, embedding AI driven predictive andpreventive maintenance capabilities - Collect and analyze user feedback to drivecontinuous platform improvements - Maintain and provide user credentials to users.

2. Vendor Coordination & Issue Resolution - Coordinate with external vendors forsystem development, enhancements, and issue resolution - Address system grievancesand provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting to users - Ensure timelyclosure of defects, enhancements, and service issues through structured vendorengagement

3. IoT Expansion Scope & Timeline Management - Define scope and manage timelines for integration with the additional portfolio. - Plan system integrations and rollout milestones for new deployments - Develop training content and enable field technicians and users to support adoption at scale

4. Organizational imperatives - Actively participating and originating Kaizens - Actively involving in Business Excellence initiatives - Adhere to Compliance and Protected Working Environment

REQUISITE QUALIFICATION

Essential:

Degree/Diploma in any Engineering or graduate in any disciple

Preferred:

Degree/Diploma in (Science/Diesel / Electrical / Mechanical / Automobile)

REQUISITE WORK EXPERIENCE

Essential:

2 years of experience for engineer graduate. 4 years of experience for diploma or anygradate

Preferred:

2 years of experience for an engineer graduate. 4 years of experience for diploma or any graduate with relevant experience in forklift maintenance or site in-charge and aflair to travel.
