Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts and Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our company. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting and finance, experience in team management, and the ability to ensure financial accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the accounting and finance functions, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, taxation, and audits.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the team, ensuring smooth workflow and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation laws, and financial regulations.
- Manage cash flow, financial planning, and risk management strategies.
- Prepare and analyse financial statements, MIS reports, and variance reports for management review.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
- Implement and improve internal controls, policies, and accounting systems for financial accuracy.




- Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts, payments, and statutory filings (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).
- Assist in decision-making by providing financial insights, cost analysis, and profitability reports.
- Handle operations, and representing company as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field (CA, CMA, MBA Finance preferred).
- 4+ years of experience in finance and accounts management.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, compliance, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in Tally, Ms Excel, or other accounting software.
- Excellent team management and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work under deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams, auditors, and external stakeholders.
