We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Relationship Associate to join our team in the Credit Life department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with clients.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their financial goals and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and referrals.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to provide suitable life insurance products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to identify recent business opportunities.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales,



preferably in the life insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of credit life insurance products and services.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
