Role & responsibilities

1. Manage and maintain relationships with existing lenders, while establishing and onboarding relationships with new lending institutions/Banks.
2. Coordinate end-to-end debt syndication activities, including preparation of credit appraisal notes, Information Memoranda, sanction term sheets, request letters, and other related documentation.
3. Compile, analyze, and provide all information, financial data, and supporting documents required by lenders for evaluation and sanction of debt facilities.
4. Monitor and ensure timely compliance with all covenants, reporting requirements, and periodic obligations under existing financing arrangements.
5. Manage the drawdown process and facilitate initial as well as subsequent disbursements under sanctioned funding facilities.
6. Track developments in the debt and financing markets and provide regular updates on market trends, lender appetite, pricing, and financing opportunities.
7. Prepare management presentations, lender presentations, board materials, and other strategic communication documents.

Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, including basic financial modeling, data analysis, and presentation preparation.
9. Ensure adherence to all pre-disbursement and post-disbursement conditions and compliance requirements stipulated under financing sanction letters and loan agreements.

Preferred candidate profile

- Demonstrated experience in fund-raising and financial structuring, preferably in the infrastructure or InvIT sector.
- Strong financial analysis and modeling capabilities.
- Sound knowledge of infrastructure project finance, including BOT and HAM models.
- Experience in managing relationships with lenders, investors, and credit rating agencies.
- Effective communicator with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong team orientation and cooperative mindset.
- High degree of integrity, accountability, and analytical thinking.
