Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Developer with 6–10 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting SAP applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in ABAP on HANA, Object-Oriented ABAP (OO ABAP), CDS Views, RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model), Adobe Forms, and SAP integration technologies. The role involves developing high-performance SAP solutions, creating scalable extensions aligned with SAP Clean Core principles, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain SAP ABAP applications.
- Develop scalable and high-performance solutions using ABAP on HANA and Object-Oriented ABAP (OO ABAP).
- Create, extend, and optimize Core Data Services (CDS) Views with a strong focus on performance and reusability.
- Develop and consume OData and RESTful APIs for SAP integrations.
- Build and support interfaces using ABAP Proxies, IDoc, EDI, and other SAP integration technologies.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve interface issues using Application Interface Framework (AIF).
- Design and develop Adobe Forms for business documents and reporting requirements.
- Build enterprise applications using the RESTful ABAP Programming (RAP) Model.
- Develop custom enhancements while adhering to SAP Clean Core architecture and best practices.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, code reviews, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end SAP solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation and provide production support as required.





Mandatory Skills

- 6–10 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development.
- Strong expertise in ABAP on HANA.
- Hands-on experience with Object-Oriented ABAP (OO ABAP).
- Strong experience in CDS Views development, extension, and performance optimization.
- Expertise in OData Services and REST APIs.
- Experience with ABAP Proxies, IDoc, and EDI integrations.
- Hands-on experience in Application Interface Framework (AIF).
- Strong expertise in Adobe Forms development.
- Experience with the RESTful ABAP Programming (RAP) Model.
- Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
- Positive understanding of SAP enhancement techniques and Clean Core architecture.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working on SAP S/4HANA implementations and support projects.
- Exposure to SAP Fiori/UI5 development and integrations.
- Knowledge of SAP Gateway Services.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Required Experience

- Total Experience: 6–10 Years.
- Relevant hands-on experience in SAP ABAP Development within SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Experience across the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
