- Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
- Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Stores, and Production departments for smooth workflow.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Analyse production capacity and plan accordingly.
- Maintain inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
- Prepare Material Requirement Planning (MRP).
- Track production performance and prepare MIS reports.
- Identify production bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with suppliers for material availability.
- Maintain production documentation and records.
Support continuous improvement initiatives.
