Job Description / Key Responsibilities

- Handle PAN India recruitment requirements within defined TAT




- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Source candidates using multiple job portals and social platforms
- Ensure effective candidate communication and follow-ups
- Adapt quickly to recent recruitment tools and technologies

Required Candidate Profile

- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment (any industry)
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Well-versed with job portals and recruitment platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new systems
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
