Role & responsibilities

Ensuring Insurance risk management for all assets, liabilities and human capital of the company amongst others

Managing working capital lines (both Fund & Non fund based)

Ensuring compliances done by providing details to various regulatory agencies like banks, NBFCs, Credit rating, RBI etc.

Monitoring of Budget vs Actual of Treasury financing plan

Timely Renewal of all risk register policies across EB, NON EB & Liability

Woking closely with banks for finalising borrowing agreement, working capital requirements & negotiating with banks

Working with Accounting and TMGSL teams

Prepare Omnibus approval on yearly basis and publish ICD rate for borrowing and Investment on quarterly basis

Treasury automation through Liquidice and other systems

1. Multi-currency cash management

2. Cash flow projections & cash management

3. Preparing of Annual Financing Plan and monthly tracking of Interest (budget vs actual) and report the variance with remarks

4. Managing funding lines of short term (Working capital for fund based & non fund based)

5.



Arranging Short term and long-term funding through market instruments (CP, CD, Tri Repo, NCD, ECB) and Banks (Structured Products)

6. Closely monitoring daily/weekly/monthly cash flow for placing short term investments & fund requirements

7. Coordinating with TMGSL team for processing of vendor payments, Government, Tax payments and other similar payments

8. Negotiating Sanction letters, Term loan agreements with banks on covenants, T&Cs; ,interest rates

9. Covenant Monitoring

10. Collection of data from different functions required for timely renewal of insurance policies

11. Understand the terms offered by insurers during policy renewal, Tracking of premium charge v/s budget

12. Reviewing the claim ratio at regular intervals, Interact with insurance companies and different functions to resolve the pending issues

Liaise with business teams to understand their insurance requirements and provide them suitable solutions
