We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team in the CAT - Loyalty department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in loyalty programs and be able to drive business growth.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement effective loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on business objectives and strategies.
- Design and execute marketing campaigns to promote loyalty programs and products.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners,



and internal teams.
