Job Summary:
The Learning Experience Leader L1 is responsible for supporting the design, coordination, and delivery of engaging learning programs. The role focuses on enhancing learner experience through effective training execution, content support, and continuous improvement of learning processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support planning and execution of learning and development programs
- Coordinate training sessions (virtual/classroom/blended learning)
- Assist in creation and maintenance of learning content and materials
- Manage Learning Management System (LMS) activities such as enrollment, tracking, and reporting
- Ensure smooth learner experience before, during, and after training programs
- Collect and analyze learner feedback to improve training effectiveness
- Support trainers/facilitators with logistics and session requirements
