Embedded Systems & FPGA Engineer Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for an Embedded Engineer to join our team to design, develop, and maintain robust embedded systems. You will bridge the gap between hardware and software, working on everything from low-level device drivers to FPGA logic design. You will contribute to our advanced weather monitoring, renewable energy, and defense-grade products.

What You Will Do

System Architecture: Partner with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and design specifications.

Embedded Firmware: Develop C/C++ firmware for RTOS and bare-metal environments.

FPGA Design: Design, simulate, and synthesize RTL modules (Verilog/VHDL/SystemVerilog) for SoC integration.

Hardware Integration: Integrate sensors, actuators, and communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, AXI, PCIe, Ethernet).

Optimization: Optimize code for power, efficiency, and resource utilization.

Testing & Debugging: Perform root-cause analysis and hardware validation using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and debuggers.

What We Need From You

Experience: 27 years in embedded software or hardware development.

Core Engineering:



Bachelors degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.

Programming: Strong proficiency in C and C++.

FPGA Skills:

Solid grasp of RTL design (Verilog/VHDL).

Experience with toolchains (Vivado/Quartus) and simulation tools (ModelSim/Questa).

Ability to manage timing constraints (SDC/XDC).

Architecture: Robust understanding of microcontroller/microprocessor architectures.

Soft Skills: Clear communication, problem-solving mindset,and a team-first approach.
