The Specialist Recruiter, Global Talent Acquisition job performs a variety of professional and administrative recruiting functions in support of identifying, interviewing, evaluating, and selecting qualified employees to effectively meet the organizations staffing requirements. Under general supervision, this job is responsible for promoting the organizations image as a desirable place to work and attracting and recommending placement of internal and external candidates for entry-level and experienced positions.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Refers applicants for particular job openings, administers pre-employment tests, checks references, and conducts exit interviews.
- Determines best avenue in recruiting (e.g., advertising, direct contact, employee referrals, research organizations, employment agencies, and job fairs).
- Contacts candidates, schedule interviews, and develop interview questions in with the hiring manager so interviews are conducted efficiently and equitably.
- Prepares job postings, specifications for recruitment agencies, job descriptions and other materials in accordance with the organizations recruitment standards.
- Represents the organization at job fairs to promote the organization to potential candidates.
- Responds to inquiries about the organizations recruitment activities and status of job vacancies.
- Concludes recruitment process by closing the recruitment requisition and advising unsuccessful candidates in an accurate, timely and compliant manner.

About the Role
The Contingent Worker Operations Associate is a critical member of the CW Operations team, responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of contingent workers across the organization.
This role serves as the primary point of contact for contingent worker transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of all operational processes. The ideal candidate brings a solid process mindset, a high attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lifecycle Contract Management:- The associate manages the complete contingent worker lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, contract extensions, contract changes, Statement of Work (SOW) creation, and manager or location change requests. They ensure all actions are processed accurately and within defined turnaround timelines.
- Compliance Audit:- The role is responsible for conducting regular compliance checks and supporting internal and external audits. This includes daily and periodic audits covering active work orders, expired worker engagements, pending requests, and data integrity across systems such as Workday and sPro.
- System Mailbox Management:- The associate manages the teams shared mailbox, ensuring timely responses and appropriate triaging of requests. They handle case management through QMS and Workday Help, ensuring all requests are tracked, resolved, and closed within SLAs.
- Reporting Data Analysis:- This role is responsible for generating and maintaining operational reports, analyzing workforce data to identify trends, flag anomalies, and support leadership with data-driven insights on contingent worker activity.
- Vendor Stakeholder Management:- The associate maintains strong working relationships with staffing vendors and internal stakeholders including hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and Finance teams. They serve as a trusted operational partner for all contingent workforce-related queries and escalations.
- Process Improvement Automation:- The role actively identifies opportunities to streamline existing processes, reduce manual effort, and contribute to automation initiatives wherever applicable, in partnership with the broader HR Operations and Technology teams.
Skills Competencies
- Technical Skills Experience managing contingent worker programs or HR operations, familiarity with Workday and/or vendor management systems (VMS), and proficiency in data reporting and analysis tools are essential for this role.
