BE / BTech / Diploma Experience in Industrial automation and sensing devices is preferred. Familiarity with ladder programming and working experience in functional safety would be an advantage. Candidates must possess robust experience in circuit design, schematic creation, and PCB layout. A solid understanding of embedded systems and microcontrollers (e.g., ARM, PIC) is essential, along with strong knowledge of analog and digital electronics. Required skills include hands-on experience with design tools such as Altium, Expedition, OrCAD, and Eagle. A good understanding of communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, CAN) and exposure to EMI/EMC standards are also mandatory. Excellent communication and documentation skills are a prerequisite.
