Key Responsibilities
- Generate new customer leads through field sales, referrals, and direct marketing.
- Promote the companys fintech products and educate customers on their benefits.
- Acquire current customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Assist customers with onboarding and KYC documentation.
- Support customers through the application and activation process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and referral partners.
- Identify new business opportunities in assigned territories.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Provide daily sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
