Purpose:

The BHIS Franchise Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end operational and revenue functions of the school, including student enrolments, royalty billing, royalty collections, and material sales. This role plays a critical part in ensuring financial targets are met within defined timelines while maintaining strong institutional relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Student Enrolments
• Drive and oversee the end-to-end student enrolment process to achieve 100% enrolment targets by March 31st of each financial year.
• Track enrolment progress and report weekly status to senior management.
• Identify gaps in enrolment pipelines and implement corrective action plans.
• Maintain accurate enrolment records and ensure compliance with school admission policies.
2. Royalty Billing
• Ensure 100% royalty billing is completed accurately and on time in accordance with BHIS agreements.

• Coordinate with finance teams to generate and dispatch royalty invoices to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain a billing tracker and reconcile billed amounts against contractual obligations.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes in a timely manner.
• Ensure all royalty billing documentation is audit-ready and compliant with regulatory requirements.
3. Royalty Collections
• Achieve 100% collection against total royalty billed in the financial year.
• Follow up with franchisees for timely payment of outstanding royalties.
• Prepare and present monthly collection reports to the management team.
• Escalate overdue accounts and work with legal/finance teams for resolution.
• Maintain relationships with partner schools to ensure cooperative and timely settlements.
4. Material Sales




• Achieve 100% of material revenue targets as assigned for the financial year.
• Manage the planning, ordering, distribution, and sale of school materials including textbooks, stationery, and learning kits.
• Coordinate with the supply chain and vendor teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Monitor material inventory levels and prevent overstocking or shortages.
• Track material sales performance and take proactive measures to meet revenue goals.
5.General Operational Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all operational matters related to assigned schools.
• Prepare and present monthly MIS reports covering enrolments, billing, collections, and material sales.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, academics, marketing, and logistics teams.
• Ensure all operations adhere to BHIS standards, policies, and procedures.
• Support audits, inspections, and compliance reviews as required.

Qualifications:

Essential:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in school operations, franchise management, or education administration.

• Proven track record of achieving revenue and collection targets.

• Experience in royalty or franchise billing and collections is highly desirable.

• Solid understanding of school administration, academic calendars, and enrolment processes.
