Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage loan collections by identifying delinquent accounts, contacting borrowers, and negotiating repayment plans.
- Conduct field visits to meet with customers and resolve issues related to loan disbursement, interest calculations, or other financial matters.
- Analyze customer credit reports and financial statements to identify potential risks and develop strategies for improving cash flow.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless execution of collection activities.

Job Requirements :

- 0-3 years of experience in loan collection or a related field (NBFC).
- Robust understanding of the collections process from initial stages through final realization.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to negotiate effectively with customers over phone calls.
- Proficiency in using software applications used for tracking customer interactions and managing data.
