Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-focused Senior Data Analyst to design, develop, and maintain impactful dashboards and reporting solutions that drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will collaborate with Product, Technology, Operations, and Business teams to translate complex business problems into actionable insights through advanced analytics and compelling visualizations.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand analytical requirements and define KPIs.
- Build and maintain end-to-end dashboards and reports using Power BI, leveraging advanced DAX, Power Query, and data modeling techniques.
- Develop productive and production-grade SQL queries for extracting, analyzing, and validating large datasets.
- Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical frameworks and reporting solutions.
- Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business growth and operational efficiency.
- Ensure high standards of data quality, integrity, documentation, and reproducibility.
- Contribute to the evolution of internal reporting frameworks and data best practices.
- Collaborate with engineering and business teams to support data pipelines and ensure data availability.
- Present insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with data governance standards and maintain accuracy and consistency in reporting.
- Handle complex SQL operations, including joins, CTEs, window functions, and query optimization.




- Develop scalable reporting systems that adapt to evolving business and data requirements.

Required Qualifications

- 3–8 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related roles.
- Strong expertise in SQL, including complex joins, window functions, CTEs, and performance tuning.
- Deep proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with sound business acumen.
- Experience working with large datasets and integrating data from multiple sources.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for creating intuitive and insightful visualizations.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working in an MNC environment with global stakeholders.
- Exposure to ETL processes and data pipeline development.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Data Platform and Azure Data Factory.
- Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or Power BI certifications.
- Experience in the Payments, Loyalty, or Employee Engagement domain will be an added advantage.
