Experience: 1215 Years | Min 3 Years Team Handling

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, manage & drive a team of sourcing + closing executives
- Build & activate HNI broker/channel partner network
- Drive site visits negotiations high-value closures
- Achieve aggressive monthly revenue targets
- Personally close key luxury deals
- Maintain strong client relationships (HNI/UHNI clients)

Prefered Candidate Profile:

- Graduation is mandatory
- From real estate only
- 3+ yrs in Mumbai real estate team handling
- Solid broker/channel partner network
- Proven high-ticket closures
- High end broker network in Western Suburbs is mandatory
- Target-driven, aggressive sales mindset
