Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex cybersecurity projects and programs.

Serve as the primary point of contact for cybersecurity project stakeholders, including IT, security, compliance, and business teams.

Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with organizational goals.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reports.

Ensure effective resource allocation, budget management, and adherence to timelines.

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between SOC, GRC, IAM, Cloud Security, and Infrastructure teams.

Track and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies.

Drive compliance with regulatory requirements (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, RBI, PCI DSS, etc.) within project deliverables.

Conduct project post-mortems to identify lessons learned and implement continuous improvement practices.





Support change management activities, including communication and training plans for project rollouts.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of professional experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in project/program management.

Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, architectures, and technologies (SOC, SIEM, SOAR, IAM, EDR, Cloud Security, etc.).

Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid).

Experience in vendor and contract management for security products and services.

Excellent stakeholder management skills, including executive-level communication and reporting.

Robust analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
