- Manage residential construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
- Oversee site execution, including supervision of laborers, contractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Develop and implement effective project plans, schedules, and budgets to meet client expectations while minimizing delays or cost overruns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential issues early on and develop mitigation strategies.
Job Requirements :
- 15-25 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
- Solid understanding of housing project development processes and procedures.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale residential construction projects from start to finish.
