Role & responsibilities

- Project Planning & Execution: Manage all phases of luxury interior projects, including design development, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with designers, architects, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
- Budget & Cost Control: Develop and manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality.
- Site Management: Supervise site activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Procurement & Vendor Management: Source materials, negotiate with suppliers, and oversee procurement processes to meet project timelines.




- Risk & Issue Resolution: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid project delays or budget overruns.
