Role Overview

We are hiring passionate and customer-focused Sales Executives and Senior Sales Executives for a leading luxury jewellery brand. The ideal candidate should have experience in jewellery retail sales and a strong ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist walk-in customers with a premium shopping experience.
- Drive sales of gold, diamond, bridal, and luxury jewellery collections.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Provide detailed product knowledge and styling assistance.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Coordinate inventory management and support daily store operations.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards.




- Follow up with customers to ensure excellent service and repeat sales.
- (For Senior Sales Executive) Guide and mentor junior team members while supporting store performance.

Eligibility Criteria

Sales Executive

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in jewellery retail sales.

Senior Sales Executive

- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in jewellery retail sales.

Required Skills

- Strong sales and customer relationship management skills.
- Good knowledge of gold, diamond, and gemstone jewellery.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Professional appearance and customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Salary

- Sales Executive: 30,000 – 45,000 per month
- Senior Sales Executive: 50,000 – 60,000 per month

(Salary will be offered based on relevant experience and interview performance.)
