Raising vendor support cases and seeing them through to resolution

Maintaining and updating a knowledgebase and SOP s

Provide daily and scheduled monitoring of security events.

investigate and remediate activities and communicate findings to Security Operations Tooling team

Ensure Security Operations controls are operated effectively in line with control landscape

Train new team members following a training plan around the different processes. Share knowledge with other areas of the business as and when required.

Provide advice for the on boarding of current applications and maintenance of existing roles to ensure that they are correctly classified, tagged, and have appropriate security controls in place.

Involvement in any SailPoint improvement work requiring input from the ICA team.
