Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant with 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience to support day-to-day accounting and finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting entries, including receipts, payments, purchases, and journal entries.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
- Process vendor invoices and assist with vendor payments.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with student fee accounting and reconciliation.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.




- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain proper documentation of bills, invoices, and payment records.
- Assist in preparing MIS and accounting reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, banks, and auditors as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
- Working knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, invoicing, and accounting principles.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
