Roles and Responsibilities

1. As service engineer / technician in a reputed air compressor company.
2. Experience in repair & maintenance of Air compressors.( ELGI, Atlas Capco), Ching fong press machine( 60T, 80T,110T,160T), PEM Machine, swigging machine.
3. Experience in Troubleshooting & Overhauling of transmission, hydraulics, control valves, engine etc.
4. Qualitatively perform all required preventive maintenance, break down repair jobs & associated tasks even in a stressful work setting in line with laid down rules, procedures & policies.
5. Reporting to immediate supervisor & to remain accessible over phone at all times. Close working hand to hand with existing service team member to effective resolution.
6. Observe full safety & good repair practices.
7. To intimate all upper levels for all required spares, lubes & consumables that may not be in stock.
8. To procure local spares, repair items from 3rd parties as and when required.
9. Reasonable knowledge in Microsoft word, excel.
10. Experience in Service of Screw/ Piston Air Compressors and Press machine is preferred. Problem solving experience in VFD, Dryers, and Electrical Panel shall be highly appreciated. Other Machine Maintenance also
