Role: MICE Operations Executive / Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end operations of MICE events including Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions.
- Understand client briefs and translate them into detailed event execution and operational plans.
- Work closely with Client Servicing, Production, and Sales teams to ensure seamless event execution and timely delivery.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, conferences, and large-scale meetings.
- Prepare detailed event budgets and cost estimates based on client requirements.
- Prepare costing for hotels, banquet venues, and conference facilities, including room blocks, meeting rooms, banquet setups, and F&B; packages.
- Handle flight costing and travel coordination for clients, speakers, and internal teams as per event requirements.
- Source and finalize venues, hotels, vendors, and third-party partners required for the event.
- Manage vendor negotiations, contracts, and deliverables to ensure cost efficiency and quality service.
- Coordinate with venue management teams for banquet layouts, technical requirements,



and event logistics.
- Create and maintain operational documents such as:
- Run of Show (ROS) / Event timelines
- Vendor contact sheets
- Event deliverables and checklists
- Production and logistics plans

- Oversee on-ground event execution, ensuring smooth coordination between vendors, venue teams, and internal departments.
- Manage event logistics including travel, accommodation, transportation, and event setup.
- Ensure all operations are executed within budget and timelines.

Requirements

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in MICE Operations or Corporate Events.
- Solid knowledge of hotel bookings, banquet costing, and flight travel costing for corporate events.
- Proven experience in venue sourcing, vendor management, and event coordination.
- Excellent planning, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously in a fast-paced event environment.
- Experience in corporate events is mandatory (candidates purely from BTL background will not be considered).
