About the Role

GetSetFly is seeking a passionate and skilled Motion Graphics Video Editor to join our in-house creative team in Mira Road, Mumbai. We produce high-impact digital content for premium YouTube channels Getsetfly Science, Gaurav Thakur, and Nikita Thakur content that commands millions of views globally. If you are a visual storyteller who can take raw footage and transform it into skilled, scroll-stopping content, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Editing: Own the full post-production process from raw footage to polished final cut, delivering broadcast-quality output every time.
- Motion Design: Create compelling motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects to enhance narrative and visual impact.
- Audio & Visual Enhancement: Expertly integrate music, sound effects, and dynamic transitions to sustain viewer engagement from start to finish.
- Platform Optimization: Tailor and format content for YouTube, Instagram Reels, and other social media platforms.




- Brand Alignment: Uphold brand guidelines across all visual assets with precision in composition, color theory, and typography.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the content and design teams to bring creative visions to life, from concept through final delivery.

Candidate Profile

- Technical Mastery: Strong command of Adobe After Effects and modern motion graphics tools. Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus.
- Storytelling Instinct: You understand narrative structure, pacing, and visual rhythm not just how to cut clips, but how to build a story. Experience with documentary-style editing is a significant advantage.
- Detail Oriented: Impeccable attention to typography, color grading, audio sync, and frame-by-frame timing across every deliverable.
- Professionalism: Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and consistently meet deadlines under pressure without compromising quality.
- Qualifications: Valid certifications in Animation, Motion Graphics, or related disciplines are preferred.
