- Lead QA/QC activities for finishing works across residential projects.
- Conduct quality inspections for plaster, tiling, painting, waterproofing,flooring, doors/windows, joinery, and other finishing works.
- Manage apartment snagging, de-snagging, and final quality clearance before possession.
- Coordinate with Project, CRM, MEP, and contractors for timely closure of quality observations.
- Conduct quality audits and monitor compliance with approved specifications, SOPs,and checklists.
- Drive root cause analysis, CAPA implementation, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Prepare quality dashboards, snag reports, audit reports, and handover readiness reports.
- Support customer inspections and ensure smooth, defect-free apartment handover.
