We are looking for a agile, presentable, and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and be committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain products, features, and offers to customers.
- Achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide proper solutions.
- Maintain product displays and store cleanliness.
- Support billing, POS operations, stock checking, and order coordination.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Build good relationships with customers.
- Follow company policies and maintain store discipline.
Skills Required:
- Excellent English communication skills & should be Presentable.
- Customer handling ability.
- Positive attitude and sales-oriented approach, and should have great convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of billing/POS system.
- Preference : Experience in furniture, home dcor, interior, or lifestyle retail will be an added advantage.
- Team player with willingness to learn.
- Qualification & Experience:Minimum HSC / Graduate.13 years of retail sales experience preferred.
