Job Details:
- Role: Lead Portfolio
- Locations: Bangalore / Mumbai
- Budget: Upto 10 LPA
- Experience: 10+ years
- Working Days: 6 Days
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience in Field Operations / Service Operations / Service Delivery.
- Experience managing ASEs, Field Service Executives, Service Engineers, or distributed field teams.
- Mandatory experience handling teams across multiple states/regions.
- Good exposure to ticket management, beat planning, escalations, field productivity, dashboards, and operational reporting.
- Solid leadership, execution, and customer handling skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
