Role & responsibilities

QUALIFICATION: BE Civil / PGDACM + MBA

EXPERIENCE: 7+Years of experience in Technical Strategy, Project Management and Project Co-ordination for multiple Residential Real Estate Projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assisting the CEO with input and data required for making strategic decisions.
- Conducting market research, Business Planning, analyzing financial data and business data etc.
- Conducting market research to gather competitive data and performance benchmarking.
- Co-coordinating and follow up with Department Heads on project status.
- Assist in the aspects of Project Planning, Scheduling and Resource planning.
- Budget Analysis, Budget Monitoring,



Budget Control & Variance.
- Analyze and critically examine operational and financial data and highlight crucial issues.
- Manage business development initiatives by identifying potential opportunities and evaluating them.
- Building Financial Valuation models to evaluate feasibility of recent projects.
- Preparing monthly business performance reports and presenting them to Board of Directors.
- Monitor various strategic initiatives meeting various internal and external stakeholders of the business.
