Roles Responsibilities :

1. Design, develop, deploy, and maintain integration solutions using SAP Integration Suite SAP CPI.

2. Develop and support integrations between SAP and Non-SAP applications using cloud-based middleware.

3. Make and maintain integration flows iFlows, message mappings, routing, and transformation logic.

4. Design and develop APIs, web services, and interface solutions using REST, SOAP, OData, IDoc, RFC, and SFTP protocols.

5. Configure adapters such as HTTP, SOAP, REST, SFTP, IDoc, RFC, OData, JDBC, Mail, and SuccessFactors adapters.

6. Integrate SAP applications S4HANA, ECC, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, etc. with external enterprise systems.

7. Analyse business and technical requirements and recommend scalable integration solutions.

8. Perform interface testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis for integration issues.

9. Monitor integration interfaces, message processing, and system health to ensure high availability.

10. Optimize integration performance and implement error-handling, retry mechanisms, and exception management.

11. Support production systems by resolving incidents, performing impact analysis, and implementing fixes within SLA timelines.

12. Collaborate with functional consultants, application teams, infrastructure teams, and third-party vendors during implementation and support.

13. Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards, authentication mechanisms, certificates, and data encryption practices.

14. Prepare technical design documents, interface specifications, deployment guides, and operational runbooks.

15. Participate in code reviews, knowledge transfer sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

16. Support upgrades, migrations, and implementation of new integration scenarios.

Required Technical Skills:

1.



Hands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite SAP CPI.

2. Strong knowledge of integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, OData, IDoc, RFC, XML, JSON, and XSLT.

3. Experience with message mappings, Groovy scripting, JavaScript, and integration patterns.

4. Good understanding of SAP BTP Business Technology Platform.

5. Experience with API Management and Event Mesh is an added advantage.

6. Familiarity with SAP S4HANA, ECC, SuccessFactors, Ariba, or other SAP applications.

7. Knowledge of authentication mechanisms such as OAuth, Basic Authentication, SAML, JWT, and certificate-based authentication.

8. Understanding of cloud integration architecture and enterprise application integration concepts.

9. Experience using Git, CICD pipelines, and transport management is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

2. Experience in production support, incident management, and root cause analysis.

3. Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.

4. Ability to work in cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.

5. Experience in BFSI Banking Financial Services integration projects is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities in Production Support:

1. Monitor and maintain all SAP integration interfaces.

2. Resolve interface failures and data synchronization issues within defined SLAs.

3. Perform proactive health checks and preventive maintenance.

4. Coordinate with SAP, non-SAP, infrastructure, and business teams for issue resolution.

5. Support release deployments and production changes.

6. Maintain interface documentation and operational procedures.

7. Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of integration services.
