We're looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Lead to drive the design, management, and optimization of our enterprise IT infrastructure across multiple locations.

What You'll Do:

- Manage enterprise IT infrastructure, networks, servers, cloud platforms, firewalls, VPNs & end-user systems.
- Ensure high availability, security, performance, backups, and disaster recovery.
- Lead IT support operations, SLA management, asset lifecycle, onboarding/offboarding, and incident resolution.
- Execute infrastructure projects including office setups, migrations, and technology upgrades.
- Manage vendors, budgets (CAPEX/OPEX), and IT procurement.
- Drive cybersecurity initiatives, compliance, audits, and IT documentation.

What We're Looking For:

- 12+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Management.
- Solid expertise in LAN/WAN,



Routing & Switching, Firewalls, Active Directory, Windows Server, Virtualization, Microsoft 365, Azure/AWS, Backup & DR.
- Experience with Aruba/Netgear/Sophos networking solutions.
- Exposure to IT asset management, endpoint security, biometric devices, and Tally support.
- Proven experience managing multi-location infrastructure, vendors, and high-performing IT teams.
- Relevant certifications (CCNA, Microsoft, Azure, AWS, ITIL) are a plus.
