0-2 yrs experience(2 persons, 2-4 yrs (1 person)
Candidates must have a B.voc or B.arch degree of a minimum of 4years
Proficiency in CAD, sketch up and lumion is a must
You will be attached to our office at Mumbai working in the capacity of a JUNIOR DESIGNER. You will report initially to Smita Vijaykumar- our Lead Designer.
Your roles and responsibilities as a Designer would entail the following:
1. Calling leads, potential customers
2. Taking down their requirements in our format
3. Understanding the customer requirements and translating into Cad, PowerPoint presentations and quotations
4. Follow up with Customers to convert them into paying customers
5. Oversee site measurements, final projects
6. Translate sketch up concepts into AutoCAD detailed drawings
7. Create BOQ and final Quotations
While drawing: Ensure that all the information required is given once, and given correctly within the drawing. Ensure that the information given is consistent and does not contradict itself within the sheet. Ensure that all the detailing contained within the sheet is in consonance with the look and feel which has been reviewed. Ensure that the text boxes are correctly filled in. Ensure that the drawing conforms to the drawing standards, specifically dimensioning, texting, and layer management etc,
adopted by Rennovate. Ensure that the drawing has been accurately titled and labelled. Ensure proper version control on the drawings that have been modified. Check the completed drawing against a benchmark drawing and against the design checklist to weed out any errors. Prepare all drawings up to execution stage for all projects and have same vetted by Group Head.
If standard details are being used within the project, then check the same for suitability and relevance. Ensure that accurate and complete information is given to the estimator / 3D Animator. At the end of each day, update the relevant drawing lists to reflect the current status. Take responsibility for Folder Management , the design stage documentation of the projects handled Document and Preserve Design review records.
Check and release the updated drawing list once a week to the project team.
