We are seeking a Safety Engineer to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards across construction sites while promoting a safe working setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor site safety policies and HSE procedures.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to statutory safety regulations.
- Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and employee awareness programs.
- B.E./Diploma in Civil Engineering with a Diploma/Certification in Industrial Safety.
- 3 - 6 years of experience in construction safety within the real estate industry.
Preferred Profile
- Experience in residential/commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and statutory compliance.
