Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Subject Matter Expert (SME) specializing in Civil, Mechanical, EPC, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Construction, and Project Engineering hiring. The individual will lead end-to-end recruitment for technical positions, partner with business stakeholders, mentor recruiters, and drive delivery excellence across multiple client engagements. The ideal candidate possesses deep domain knowledge, excellent sourcing capabilities, and strong stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Own complete recruitment lifecycle for Engineering and Industrial hiring.
- Hire professionals across Civil, Mechanical, Project Engineering, Design Engineering, Plant Operations, Manufacturing, EPC and Infrastructure domains.
- Understand client requirements and convert them into effective recruitment strategies.
- Build proactive talent pipelines for niche engineering skills.




- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job portals, referrals, social media, networking and market mapping.
- Screen, assess and shortlist candidates for technical and behavioral fit.
- Coordinate interviews and manage offer negotiations.
- Drive hiring metrics including TAT, quality of hire, closure ratio and candidate experience.
- Maintain solid relationships with hiring managers and HR Business Partners.
- Mentor junior recruiters and share market intelligence.
- Prepare recruitment MIS, hiring dashboards and pipeline reports.
- Conduct competitor mapping and salary benchmarking.
- Ensure recruitment compliance and process adherence.
- Support business development teams with talent intelligence and hiring insights.
