JOB BRIEF
We are looking for a Qualified Architect with 15 to 18 yrs. of experience in Commercial and mixed use projects. This role involves responsibility towards Enhancing relationship with existing clients and exploring new Business development opportunities in Bangalore and Chennai .
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Business development & client relationship
- Client retention and relationship building
- Current business development
- Lead and Develop team
- Design Development and management
- Drawing Management
- Control Drawing deliverables from start to finish of the project to ensure high quality details drawings for Schematic and working drawing stage
- Guide the team for ensuring that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations
- Work With team of 8 to 10 Sr. Architects/Architects/ Technician for achieving the deliverables on time
- Consultant and Vendor coordination
- Client and Site coordination
Desirable
Qualification
5 yrs. Bachelor degree in Architecture( B. Arch OR Equivalent )
- PG or Master degree in construction or project Management
Skills
Fluency in
- AutoCAD
- Google Sketch up
- MS Office
- Revit
- Photoshop
Experience
15to 18 yrs of experience with and Architectural consultancy firm in which at least 10 yrs. in mixed use or commercial projects Leading minimum 10 people in last organisation
Should have completed at least two project of min 10,00,000 sft from start to end
Should have good networking with owner/ top management of top 3 Developers of city.
Preferable to have worked on projects for developers.
Personal Circumstances
- Should be able to travel outstation for project site visits which may also require more than 2 days stay
- Ready work in stretched working hrs to meet the desired timeline
