We're looking for a passionate and proactive

Community Manager to build, engage, and grow our communities across

X (Twitter), Telegram, Discord, and Reddit.

If you're deeply immersed in the crypto ecosystem, understand Web3 and DeFi, and enjoy building meaningful relationships with online communities, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage our communities across

X, Telegram, Discord, and Reddit

.

Engage with community members daily by responding to queries, driving discussions, and maintaining an active brand presence.

Create engaging, platform-specific content including posts, threads, announcements, polls, memes, educational content, and community updates.

Plan and execute community engagement initiatives such as AMAs, Twitter/X Spaces, contests, campaigns, and online events.

Monitor community sentiment, collect user feedback, and share actionable insights with internal teams.

Moderate discussions, enforce community guidelines, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Collaborate with the marketing, product, and growth teams to ensure consistent messaging across all community channels.

Stay up to date with trends across

Crypto, Web3, DeFi, blockchain, and the broader digital asset

ecosystem

.

Track community growth, engagement metrics, and prepare regular performance reports.

Requirements

Must-Have





1- 4 years of experience in Community Management, Social Media, or Content Marketing.

Prior experience working in the Crypto, Web3, or DeFi industry is mandatory.

Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, DeFi protocols, token ecosystems, and crypto market trends.

Hands-on experience managing communities on

X, Telegram, Discord, and Reddit

.

Excellent written communication skills with the ability to adapt content and tone for different platforms.

Proven ability to create engaging social and community content.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience working with crypto exchanges, wallets, DeFi protocols, Layer 1/Layer 2 ecosystems, orWeb3 startups.

Experience hosting AMAs, Twitter/X Spaces, Discord events, and community campaigns.

Familiarity with community analytics and reporting tools.

Active participation in crypto or Web3 communities.
