Role & responsibilities

- Ensure compliance
- Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and resource allocation for inspection projects.
- Coordinate with inspection teams to ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Track project milestones and deliverables, reporting progress to management and clients.
- Collaborate with all stakeholders (internal & external) to focus on service delivery.
- Delivering projects as per the scope, schedule and contract fees agreed
- Ensure mobilization & de-mobilization of inspectors as per client requirement

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., engineering, science) is preferred with 05+ years of experience
- Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in the inspection services.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving mindset with proactive decision-making.
- Team collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with inspection processes, safety protocols, and compliance requirements.
