Role & responsibilities

- Contact existing loan customers to check if they are happy with our service, help with their concerns, and see if they need another loan or other services.
- Understand each customer's financial needs and goals to suggest the right loan or service.
- Explain our loan products, their features, and benefits in a simple way, and recommend the best option for the customer.
- Build good and trusting relationships with customers by being kind, helpful, and understanding.
- Create a plan to keep each customer based on their needs and loan stage.
- Answer customers' questions about loan terms, interest rates, eligibility, or other concerns in a explicit and simple way.




- Suggest other loan products or services that may be useful for the customer.
- Support customers by making sure their needs and concerns are shared with the right team and handled quickly.
- Collect customer feedback about their experience and share it with the concerned team to improve our services.
- Achieve goals for customer retention, selling additional products, and customer satisfaction.
