*Job Summary*

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with a strong background in *Sales Hiring*. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for contract-to-hire and permanent sales positions. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements are essential.

*Key Responsibilities*

*Candidate Sourcing*

* Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking.

* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for contract-to-hire and permanent sales roles.

* Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates.

*Screening & Interview Coordination*

* Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews.

* Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.

* Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

* Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring cycle.

*Offer Management*

* Extend job offers to selected candidates.

* Explain compensation, employment terms, and contract details clearly.

* Negotiate salary and joining timelines with candidates.





*Onboarding & Candidate Engagement*

* Support candidates during onboarding by ensuring all documentation and joining formalities are completed.

* Act as the primary point of contact for candidates during the hiring and onboarding process.

* Maintain candidate engagement and ensure a positive hiring experience.

*Required Skills*

* 2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in *Sales Hiring*.

* Strong experience in contract-to-hire and permanent recruitment.

* Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job portals, and social media.

* Good understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

* Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.

* Target-driven with strong organizational and time management skills.

*Eligibility*

* Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

* 2–3 years of relevant recruitment experience.

* Proven experience in hiring for sales roles.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
