We are looking for an experienced and proactive Team Lead to manage our Research Associate and Content Writing teams. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience in research and content operations. This role involves leading a team, ensuring quality deliverables, meeting deadlines, and driving continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 3 Research Associates and 3 Content Writers.
- Assign tasks, monitor daily performance, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Review research findings and content for quality, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
- Provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations to team members.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and priorities.
- Develop and implement efficient workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure productivity targets, quality metrics, and deadlines are consistently met.
- Identify training needs and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions for the team.
- Resolve team challenges and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Prepare performance reports and share updates with management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, research methodologies, and content best practices.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in any discipline (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
- 3–5+ years of experience in research,



content operations, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience leading or managing a team.
- Strong understanding of research methodologies, data validation, and content quality standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Experience with project management or task management tools is an added advantage.
