We are looking for HR Project Interns for a short-term engagement to support critical HR initiatives across the employee lifecycle. Interns will work closely with the HR team on live projects and gain hands-on exposure to core HR functions.
Preferred candidate profile
- Employee Life Cycle: Onboarding, engagement, exit processes, HR documentation
- Talent Management: Performance management, capability frameworks, succession inputs
- Learning & Development (L&D;): Training need analysis, program coordination, impact tracking
- Organization Effectiveness (OE): Process mapping, role clarity, culture and engagement initiatives
- Talent Acquisition (TA): Hiring support, interview coordination, hiring dashboards, employer branding
