Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution

- Plan and manage HVAC projects from initiation to handover.
- Prepare project execution schedules and resource plans.
- Allocate manpower, equipment, and materials efficiently.
- Ensure projects are completed within contractual timelines.
- Monitor project milestones and progress.

2. Site Management

- Supervise multiple project sites.
- Coordinate daily activities with Site Engineers and Supervisors.
- Resolve technical and operational issues at project sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.

3. Client & Consultant Coordination

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and consultants.
- Attend project meetings.
- Submit project progress reports.
- Handle client queries and resolve project-related issues.
- Maintain positive client relationships.

4. Technical Management

- Review HVAC designs and shop drawings.
- Verify BOQ and technical specifications.
- Ensure installation follows approved standards.
- Coordinate design changes with the Design & Estimation team.
- Approve material selection where required.

5. Budget & Cost Control

- Monitor project budgets.
- Control project costs and prevent overruns.
- Review purchase requests.
- Track material consumption.
- Approve contractor and vendor bills.
- Monitor project profitability.

6. Procurement Coordination





- Coordinate with the Purchase Department.
- Ensure timely procurement of HVAC equipment and materials.
- Track delivery schedules.
- Resolve supply chain delays.

7. Vendor & Contractor Management

- Manage subcontractors.
- Evaluate contractor performance.
- Verify completed work before payment processing.
- Ensure contractual compliance.

8. Quality Assurance

- Ensure compliance with project quality standards.
- Conduct quality inspections.
- Ensure proper testing and commissioning.
- Close snag lists before project handover.

9. Safety & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with EHS policies.
- Conduct safety meetings.
- Ensure proper use of PPE.
- Minimize safety incidents.
- Ensure statutory compliance at sites.

10. Documentation

- Maintain project documentation.
- Review daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Maintain material reconciliation records.
- Ensure proper documentation of variations and change orders.
- Maintain project closure documents.

11. Testing & Commissioning

- Plan testing and commissioning activities.
- Coordinate with clients and consultants.
- Ensure successful system performance.
- Obtain commissioning approvals.

12. Project Handover

- Ensure completion of punch list items.
- Submit O&M; manuals.
- Conduct client training where required.
- Obtain project completion certificates.
- Support warranty period activities.
