Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve billing discrepancies, appeals, and denials in a timely manner.
- Identify and address patient payment issues, negotiate settlements when necessary, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., medical staff) to resolve complex billing queries and ensure seamless communication.
- Analyze rejection rates and implement strategies to improve cash flow optimization.
Job Requirements :
- 1-6 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM or related field.
- Solid knowledge of appeals process, denials management, revenue cycle management (RCM), and US healthcare regulations.
- Excellent communication skills for effective phone conversations with patients/insurance companies.
